All tees are made custom and take 4/5 business days to complete. Once completed orders will ship out USPS at typically take about 4/5 business days to arrive. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched in 3 business days.
Tracking
You will get an email (or text if you signed up with a phone number) once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please send us a message from our connect with us page.
Lost
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.
We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.
If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!
If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office. 15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with USPS. We will need for you to share this search ID in order to assist you further.
Stolen
Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.
If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
Failed Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will re-process your order. Please note that we are not responsible for the second shipping fee if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.
Incorrect Address
As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.
If you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, we will try our best to correct it for you. Please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order so please email us ASAP after you notice the wrong address was provided.
